Tom handles all building and tenant maintenance and construction for RGW Development. Tom is a lifelong Cincinnati native and graduate of Fenwick High School, and has two sons who have attended his Alma Mater. Tom also enjoys coaching soccer and cheering for the Fenwick Cross Country team.
Erik Smith
A graduate of Ball State University (B.A. Business) Erik provides the maintenance services for all RGW managed properties. Erik has 14 years of Facilities and property maintenance experience.
Erik is the father of two boys, Erik enjoys driving cars he has built, motorcycles and golf. His wife, Ashley, is a recorded Country Singer.

Controller for RGW Development and all affiliated companies Barb is a graduate of the University of Cincinnati (B.S. Accounting) and a Certified Public Accountant. Barb has over 33 years of accounting experience in the public and private sector. She has worked as controller for both commercial and residential construction companies.
Barb enjoys Cincinnati Bengals football in the Fall and is often spotted rolling down the highway in her 32' RV with her German Shepherd, Sophie at her side.

Handling the Property Management responsibilities for RGW Development, Lisa has over 15 years of Property Management experience ranging from Self-storage facilities to Warehouse to Office buildings. Lisa's personal touch and friendly attitude in solving any variety of tenant issues is the main reason for the remarkable success RGW Development has had in tenant retention for the past 15 years.
Mother of three and newly minted Grandmother of one, Lisa enjoys reading, playing the piano and art. She also prefers her Makers "on the rocks".

A single building office/warehouse flex project totaling 28,800 sf developed on land purchased from Cinergy utilizing Design Build Solutions and constructed over 10,000 sf of office tenant improvements. Construction financing arranged thru Fifth Third Bank, and long term financing thru First Financial Bank. RGW Development remains the property management firm for the project. Current return on investment of 19%.
Duffers Development - West Chester
Purchase of a five (5) building office/warehouse flex project totaling 110,000 sf from GE Capital for redevelopment. Acquisition financing was arranged thru Huntington Bank and permanent financing for the entire project thru Bellwether Real Estate Capital utilizing National Life of Vermont. RGW Development remains the property management firm for the project. Investment equity was returned to investors in 12 months.

Union Commerce Centre (UCC) - West Chester
The original development on Windisch Road in West Chester, Ohio, UCC is now 278,000 square feet of Class A Industrial Flex-space. Conceived and developed the project utilizing Al Neyer, Inc. as the Design-Build firm and constructed of over 121,000 sf of office tenant improvements. Utilized both Bank One and Bank of America in securing construction financing and arranged permanent financing thru State Farm Insurance. In 2007 coordinated the project sale utilizing Cassidy Turley Real Estate and concluded a sale to First Industrial Realty Trust in excess of $19MM, realizing a 30%+ ROI.

Century Plus Partners - Springdale
Purchase of 50,000 sf office and 30,000 sf office/warehouse building from Welsh Investment Trust and GE Capital. Acquisition financing arranged thru First Financial Bank. RGW Development is the property management and tenant construction firm for the project. This project was purchased with 60% occupancy, within 12 months, RGW stabilized the project above 90% occupancy and secured non-recourse financing to return the Investors original investment while the project enjoys 2:1 DSC.

RGW Development remains the property management firm for the project. Current cash on cash return of 9%.
