Utilized both Bank One and Bank of America in securing construction financing and arranged permanent financing thru State Farm Insurance. In 2007 coordinated the project sale utilizing Cassidy Turley Real Estate and concluded a sale to First Industrial Realty Trust in excess of $19MM, realizing a 30%+ ROI.
