Responsible for the development of two (2) 81,000 square foot self storage facilities. Arranged financing for both projects thru Fifth Third Bank. Exited partnership in Walton at completion of construction. Provided Property Management for Oakley Self-storage for 5 years and coordinated project sale utilizing Marcus & Millichap to Sovran Acquisitions REIT realizing a ROI in excess of 20%.
Port Union Development - Fairfield and Lebanon
Purchase of a 50,000 sf single tenant building in Fairfield, and a 17,000 sf building in Lebanon. Negotiated tenant leases utilizing Colliers International. Bank financing arranged thru First Financial. Both buildings were sold in 2010 recognizing a project return in excess of 35%.
TCi / Tire Centers Inc.
Located at 9676 InterOcean Dr. in West Chester this 18,250 square foot building is the local operation for Tire Centers Inc. (TCi), a division of Michelin. RGW purchased the property in 2013 and repositioned it for the specific needs of the TCi.
