Conceived and developed the project utilizing Al Neyer, Inc. as the Design-Build firm and constructed of over 121,000 sf of office tenant improvements. Utilized both Bank One and Bank of America in securing construction financing and arranged permanent financing thru State Farm Insurance. In 2007 coordinated the project sale utilizing Cassidy Turley Real Estate and concluded a sale to First Industrial Realty Trust in excess of $19MM, realizing a 30%+ ROI.
