Head of Development for RGW, Rob is a 1985 graduate of The University of Michigan (B.A. Economics) and a 1990 graduate of Xavier University (M.B.A. Finance). Rob has extensive experience in both residential and commercial development and construction.
An avid Michigan football fan and father of four daughters Rob also enjoys coaching, golf and paddle tennis.

Developed in 2007 Buckeye was one of the original tenants for this flex building occupying 50% of the location. RGW has played a major role in their rapid growth by facilitating their expansion to the entire building with a minimal level of disruption to the Buckeye operation.
Union Commerce Centre (UCC) - Windisch Road, West Chester
The original development on Windisch Road in West Chester, Ohio, UCC is now 278,000 square feet of Class A Industrial Flex-space. Conceived and developed the project utilizing Al Neyer, Inc. as the Design-Build firm and constructed of over 121,000 sf of office tenant improvements. Utilized both Bank One and Bank of America in securing construction financing and arranged permanent financing thru State Farm Insurance. In 2007 coordinated the project sale utilizing Cassidy Turley Real Estate and concluded a sale to First Industrial Realty Trust in excess of $19MM, realizing a 30%+ ROI.
